CITY COUNCIL MEETING

JANUARY 3, 2005

All members of the City Council were present except for Mayor Mattiace. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro-tem Archuleta. There was a very short agenda today. Two of the items due for decisions were tabled; one in order to get more information, and the other because the bond issue under discussion was still being negotiated. Councilor Strain had a question as to who in the City is responsible for pot holes and for graffiti. There was a review of several proposed ordinances, all having to do with rezoning.
